1. What computers do the CDs run on?
These CDs programs will run on most PowerMac and Windows computers.

2. What monitor settings are required?
Our programs require your monitor to be set at 1024 x 768 or greater in thousands of colors (16 Bit). If you have a lap-top computer and it will not allow you to set a 1024 x 768 resolution, you may be able to watch the movie in 800 x 600 resolution with part of the frame and interface cut off. At this resolution you will not be able to access some of the buttons to launch help and Photoshop images and you will need to use your space bar to start and stop the movies. To quit the program, use ‘command Q’ on the Macintosh or the ‘Escape’ key in Windows.

3. What about Acrobat?
You must have Acrobat Reader 6.0 installed on your computer for our programs to play. The installer is located on our CDs.

3. What about QuickTime?
You must have QuickTime 5.0.2 or greater
installed on your computer for our programs to play. You will be prompted at startup if QuickTime 5.0.2 is not installed. The installer is located on our CDs. Follow the installer instructions. You do not need a serial number for QuickTime, however if you have a QuickTime Pro serial number, you may enter it during the installation process.
Our CDs do not require QuickTime Pro.
