Cancellation Policy for events

Cancellation (Within 7 Days prior)

Notice of cancellation of an event booking to be given in writing. Must be received by Ultra Expert Training PO Box 221 Warrandyte Victoria 3113 , no less than seven days before the event date, funds will be repaid less a $35 administration fee. If no such notice is received, the fee will remain payable in full, but a substitute delegate is welcome to take your place


No Show (Not turning up for an event without notice)

Persons registered for an event that do not attend and have not advised us by fax or email prior, will be charged the full cost of the event.

Please submit cancellations to fax - [03] 9844 1138 or to sales@ultratraining.com.au. To avoid confusion phone cancellations can not be accepted.

*** Where catering is involved Ultra reserves the right to charge the full cost of catering.
